NEW Cell Phone Audio Tour Now Available at the Art Museum

The UW Art Museum is excited to announce the launch of a new cell phone audio tour. Museum visitors can access the audio tour through their cell phones at no charge, simply by dialing 307-200-0040. Visitors can hear additional information on exhibitions and specific works by calling in and entering the corresponding prompt number. There is also a feedback feature that allows museum goers to leave their comments and suggestions. Those who use the audio tour have the option of hanging up and calling back in as they stop at each piece, or staying on the line and moving from one work to the next. Currently, an audio tour is available for Sculpture: A Wyoming Invitational and also a tour for The Disappeared/Los Desaparecidos is available in English and Spanish.

To access the audio tour, dial 307-200-0040 from your cell phone. Enter the corresponding number, followed by the pound key (#). The audio tour symbol (above) and the corresponding number are posted next to the labels for sculptures and works in the museum. Press 0 # to leave your feedback.
